So it is happening! Miss Kate Middletone and Prince William the 29th of April in the testimony of almost two thousands invited guest will swear to each other the love and respect “until death”. Find out some details about this royal wedding!
Prince William and Kate Middleton long waited for wedding is just about to happen. The 29th of April they should swear each other love and fidelity for the rest of their lives. Their wedding is to be the most important social as well as political event of 2011.
The invitations in gold lettering, glided edges printed on a stiff white card has been send to mailboxes of some best connected people. In fact Kate and William invited over 1900 person, from kings to charity leaders, from closest family to prime ministers all over the world.
The ceremony will take place in Westminster Abbey. From where the happy royal couple will travel in a horse drown carriage giving the gathered people catch a glimpse of them. The carriage will follow the route: Parliament Square, Whitehall, Horse Guards Parade and the Mall to the Buckingham Palace where newlyweds are expected to appear on the balcony for a brief public view. It is the same balcony where late Princess Diana and her husband Prince Charles kissed after their wedding in 1981.
The wedding reception will be hosted by Prince’s grandmother – the Queen Elisabeth II.
It is said that stag night for Prince William will be organized by his brother – prince Harry, whereas the bride shall spend the night before the wedding shall sleep in one of the palaces of central London.
As it is this year’s April shall be the time for everybody to brandish jewellery and wealth. As it is reported Victoria Beckham offered to make Kate’s dress, and as a gift sent her a closet full of clothes from her latest collection.
As for the wedding cake, there will be… two! The first one, chosen by Miss Middleton will be made by Fiona Cairns, who already made cakes for Paul McCartney or Pink Floyd. Kate decided on traditional, tiered fruit cake. Each of tires will be decorated with different flowers, representing different parts of UK – English rose, Scottish thistle, Welsh daffodil and Irish shamrock. The second one, on which decided the royal family shall be an old family receipt, with dark chocolate and crushed Rich Tea biscuits, made by McVitie’s. The chief of McVitie’s is very enigmatic about all doing – for it is said that the receipt was given to him by palace under sworn secrecy.
